Sculpt Studio is a training app built around one person at a time. A deterministic session runner walks you through the workout, progression is honest and readable, biometrics stream in from Google Health and Withings, and a Claude-powered coach can plan your week over an MCP connection scoped to your account.

Everything that matters — timers, load math, fitness age, readiness — is deterministic and auditable. The LLM is used only for parsing what you say into a set, and it always confirms before committing.

Sign-in is Microsoft-only and currently allowlisted while the app is in private beta.

What it does

• Guided session runner

  One movement on screen at a time. Rest takes over between sets and auto-advances when you're ready. Log by tap, by voice, or in natural language — every entry confirms before it commits.

• Honest progression

  Timers, load math, and progression are fully deterministic. The next set is chosen by rules you can read, not by a black-box model — and every jump is grounded in the plates you actually own.

• Fitness age & readiness

  A dashboard that combines VO2max, HRV, resting heart rate, body composition, and training load into a single fitness-age number and a daily readiness read — with the receipts on how it was computed.

• Biometric ingestion

  Server-side pollers pull heart rate, sleep, HRV, SpO2, workouts, and body composition from Google Health and Withings. A freshness watcher tells you the moment a feed stalls, so you never train blind.

• The Fence

  Personal movement restrictions live on your account and are enforced server-side on every write — typed, voiced, template edit, or AI tool call. Restrictions can only be changed in the app by you.

• AI coach over MCP

  Connect a Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini client to your account via a stateless MCP endpoint. The coach can read your schedule, logs, biometrics, and progression, and — if you let it — assign sessions and program the week.

Connect an AI coach

Sculpt Studio’s coaching surface is a remote MCP server. Any MCP client — Claude web, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, ormcp-remote — can connect with OAuth 2.1 + PKCE (dynamic client registration) or a static bearer token you mint from Settings. Every connection is bound to your account, and no assistant can touch another person’s data.
